Ten-plus years of IT consulting across cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity. Ian shapes the technical solution on every engagement — the integrations, the automation, and the reporting layer that sits on top once the data is trustworthy.
He builds computers from scratch for fun, which tells you roughly everything about how he approaches a badly configured ERP.

No software company pays us a commission. When we recommend a platform, that recommendation is the only thing we’re selling.

Implementations fail in month four, not week one. Where clients want it, we keep running the books we built.

Nationwide and remote-first since the start — not a pandemic adaptation. Distance has never been the constraint.

We are not a certified reseller for any software vendor, and that is deliberate — reseller status comes with margin on the licences you buy, which is exactly the incentive we don’t want. What we do hold is independent third-party certification.
