Crossline Supply
A national parts distributor selling into state-owned transit operators — where multi-state tax and procurement-grade records aren’t optional.
Where they started
Crossline ran Odoo, but the configuration no longer matched the business. Several years of books carried unresolved issues, processes had been improvised rather than designed, and sales tax was being handled without a system that could keep pace with a national footprint.
What we did
We rebuilt three years of books and cleared prior-period issues, then reconfigured Odoo around how the business actually runs. The larger piece was tax: a new calculation system inside Odoo, with multi-state compliance across four states — including California, correct to county level.
Where it stands
We didn’t hand it back. HexynTech runs Crossline’s books on an ongoing basis, with Shamara serving as contracted CFO and both founders building custom reporting directly for the CEO.
Why it matters
