Why it exists
Most bad ERP decisions are made before anyone looks.
A partner who only sells one platform will recommend that platform. A firm paid by the hour has no reason to tell you the job is smaller than you feared. We charge a fixed fee for a written answer, which means the answer can be whatever the evidence says — including that you should stay where you are for another year.
No software vendor pays us a commission. We have no stake in which system you end up on.
What happens
Three weeks, start to finish.
Week one — listen
Interviews with whoever owns finance and whoever owns operations. What breaks, when it breaks, and what people have quietly built workarounds for.
Week two — map
A full inventory of your systems and how data really moves between them. Not the diagram someone drew in 2021 — what’s actually happening now.
Week three — recommend
A written roadmap with sequencing, dependencies and cost ranges, plus a straight answer on whether to move platforms at all.
What you get
A document, not a sales deck.
- Full inventory of systems and integrations
- Where data breaks, duplicates or goes stale
- An honest answer on whether to leave QuickBooks
- Platform recommendation, with reasoning you can challenge
- Integration map showing what should talk to what
- Phased roadmap with cost ranges and sequencing
- Quick wins you can action immediately, without us
Fixed fee
Starts at $6,000
Scoped on how many entities you run, how many systems are in play, and how far back the books need reconstructing.
We agree the number before we start. It doesn’t move.
Fair questions
Before you ask.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then you have a document saying so, and you stop worrying about it. That’s a legitimate outcome and we’ve delivered it before.
Do we have to hire you afterwards?
No. The roadmap is yours. Take it to another firm, hand it to your internal team, or sit on it — it’s written to be useful without us.
Who actually does the work?
Shamara and Ian. Not a junior consultant with a template. The people who scope it are the people who deliver it.
How much of our time does it take?
A few hours of interviews across two or three people, plus read access to your systems. We work around your close.
