Privacy policy.
Plain English, because that’s how we write everything else. Last updated: July 31, 2026.
What we collect
When you use the booking form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, work email, company, and whatever you tell us about your systems. Our website host and analytics record standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — the way essentially every website does.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to do the work. That’s it. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Form submissions are delivered to our email and stored by our website platform so we don’t lose them.
Who touches it
Our website runs on WordPress.com hosting with Jetpack handling forms and spam filtering (Akismet). Our email runs on Microsoft 365. Each of those providers processes data under their own privacy terms in order to provide the service. We don’t add anyone else to that list without a reason.
Cookies
The site uses the minimal cookies its platform needs to function and to give us aggregate visit statistics. We don’t run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as they’re useful for the conversation they started. If we work together, records are kept as long as the engagement and applicable law require. If you’d like something deleted, ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@hexyntech.com and a person will reply — the same two people who reply to everything else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
